Ria starts her career with 2 years in an Advertising Agency on 1998 after finishing her study of Associate Diploma in Business Management Marketing at Perth Commercial College, Western Australia. Then she took her Public Relations path on 2000 as a hotellier for 4 years before she finally felt that agency world is her passion in life. She's back to the agency world on 2004 by joining Leo Burnett for 5 years and continue her step to DDB Indonesia for 1,5 years. Until today, Public Relations has already injected to her blood and soul.
Her passion in Public Relations made her active as a member in Public Relations Society of Indonesia since 2010 and became the General Secretary of the association since 2013 - 2015.
Having experiences more than 20 years in Public Relations, she was handling clients from many kind of Industries. Some of her clients are Samsung Electronics Indonesia, Frisian Flag, Honda Prospect Motors, PT Indosat tbk, SK-II Skin Care Products by P&G, Levi Strauss Indonesia, Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional, Delami Garment Indonesia, Sony, Bank Danamon, Musical Laskar Pelangi, National Agency for Export Development (NAFED - Ministry of Trade), Exxon Mobil, Lottemart, Mig33, Cerebos, and many more.
In addition to having several business entities, Ria also has a passion for facilitating several subjects such as Public Relations, Communication, Business and Design Thinking. Some startups have also mentored and incubated.
Presented as one of the Top 10 Inspiring Young Businesswomen of Indonesia by Top 10 Asia Award on 2015, and as Indonesia’s Woman Leaders of Woman Leadership Award by CMO Asia on 2017, Ria keeps strengthening her entrepreneurship until now.

Holding Bachelor Degree from The London School of Public Relations Jakarta, Shinta started her Public Relations career on 2003 and dedicate her career for more than 13 years in Public Relations industry handling many clients such as Toyota Astra Motor, Auto 2000, LA Lights, Excelcomindo Pratama tbk, Faber Castell, South East Asian Art Conversation Center, Minerva Motor Indonesia, Tupperware and Jotun Indonesia. After many years in conventional PR and media relations, she began to step in digital PR in 2012 by handling WeChat, Soyjoy.
Playing big role in the family, she heads the Talk Strat, a Strategic Planning Team, together with her team, and Ria, they build strategic solutions and approach for our clients.
Having experience in account handling for min. 5 years, having good analytical and strategic thinking, good attitude and interpersonal skills. Able to work unsupervised and under pressure..
